About Us

Scott Levy C.E.C.

A native of New York, NY, learned to cook in the slopes of Vail, CO, and this training took him all the way to the slopes of Switzerland. He also trained at the Dolder Grand in Zurich, Switzerland, as well as The Williamsburg Inn, Williamsburg, VA, and Jenny Lake Lodge in Grand Teton, WY. He rounded off his education at the Hotel Hershey, completing a 3-year, 6,000-hour, European-style culinary apprenticeship program.

Chef Levy has been a past president of the local Harrisburg ACF Chefs Association and has achieved Certified Executive Chef status. He firmly believes that people eat with their eyes and that consistency is very important. He also believes that both cooking and teaching are passions but to be successful as a chef, one must do both.
